Jakarta Airport Hotel

I didn't expect breakfast to start as early as 3 am, but it made sense and was a really good surprise. The stay was comfortable and convenient during a long layover after a long flight. The staff were kind and pleasant. I especially want to thank the receptionist working the evening and night shift on 13 feb 2026 🙌🏻.

Watching the planes take off was one of the nicest parts of my stay. It's oddly calming, and made the visit feel special. The food was delicious and well prepared, with baked potatoes, sausages, fruit, pasta, and more. I liked having variety beyond the usual rice dishes. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a slightly old-fashioned look that felt warm and cozy. The amenities were unusually complete, even including a comb. The location inside Gate 2D (cmiiw) was convenient if you want to stay close without much hassle. It ended up being a memorable mix of comfort and convenience, and I'd like to come back.

The airport is the main reason to choose this place. It works for a brief stopover or an early flight, but the stay felt disappointing for the location. Rooms look dated, some facilities are worn, and cleanliness varies. I could also hear airport noise, as the soundproofing isn't very good. Service was adequate, though check-in and other help could have been smoother and more welcoming. Fine for a short stay when convenience is all that matters, but I'd look elsewhere for comfort if there were options.

From check-in all the way to our room, the team took great care of us. My mother uses a wheelchair, and the staff were especially kind and helpful in making sure she was comfortable. Their genuine attentiveness made the visit really pleasant. I'd highly recommend Jakarta Airport Hotel for accessible accommodation and good service.
