How can people stay for a full month without a refund, with no down payment, and it only costs 500,000 Rupiah? It's only been 3-4 days, haha π€£

I paid for a week but never got to use the room. It was really dirty, with dust all over the mattress and a bad smell from the pillow. The route to the property also floods in heavy rain. They took 300,000 as a deposit, then deducted 30,000 for cleaning and washing sheets I hadn't even used. What cleaning was that for? Getting the deposit back took ages too. HUGE LOSS, I swear.
