The staff charged me an extra 50k just for checking in two hours early. I was there only from 10am to 5pm, but they charged me for a two-day booking for a seven-hour stay. I was exhausted, so I had no other choice 😓😓

After I arrived, they couldn't give me a room, even though I'd booked and paid in advance. Management was extremely unprofessional. All they offered was a quick apology and a refund, with no other solution. Why wasn't the app updated with room availability, or any notice sent beforehand? If maintenance or some other issue meant there were no rooms, they should have told customers before they made a wasted trip. The lobby looked shabby, and the smoking area was indoors. Fortunately, I didn't stay. I can't imagine what the rooms are like. Future customers, please think twice.

I had to check out at 1 a.m. Just as I was about to sleep, the neighbors started talking loudly. It felt like staying in a rented apartment.
