The photos on Agoda led me to expect a clean, comfortable stay, but the actual condition was far below that. The rooms had wall stains and were dirty, the washrooms weren't clean, and there were cockroaches. The hotel's condition was unacceptable. I regret booking here, and I'd tell others to check the quality before making a reservation. Definitely not recommended.

The room smelled like mold and was dirty, with insects around. There was used toilet paper in the toilet, and no sink.

It's very affordable if all you need is somewhere to rest. The building is new, with a water heater, AC, a cozy shared area, and decent internet. It's clean, though not spotless. Since it's right on Daan Mogot main road, there's some noise at night.

I stayed for three months and have been fairly satisfied. The room has a full set of IKEA furniture, and laundry service runs twice a week. The kitchen area is really nice, as is the decorative living room. At night, though, the corridor feels a bit scary when the lights are off.

The staff were kind and helpful, which is the only good thing I can say about this place. Stay at your own risk. The strong mold smell made me feel that anyone staying too long would definitely get sick.
