I was really disappointed and ended up booking a room at a nearby hotel instead. I'd booked one night through Booking, but when I arrived, nobody was at reception, even though they said arrival was possible until midnight. The number they gave me didn't work. Some very kind security guards tried calling and texting around 15 people, but no one replied. Guys, if you see this, thanks so much for helping me 😁. It took an hour before I gave up.

Security was good, but the system was NOT GOOD. I booked and paid at 4:49 PM, so I expected to be able to check in then. I arrived at 7:50 PM, and still hadn't gotten into the room by 8:30. They said someone was still in it. What's going on? The system is really BAD.
