The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is handy for a transit stay: about 20-25 minutes from the airport, with convenience stores and a few small restaurants nearby. It’s a very cheap hostel/hotel, and getting to the airport quickly is easy, so the stay wasn’t all bad. Still, the sheets and blanket made us itch from the first night. Maybe the washing material wasn’t good, or maybe they hadn’t been washed. The bathroom door in room 7209 was broken, though we could still close it. Also, you can hear all sorts of noises from outside the door, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you wake easily 😂.

The customer service was good, so I’m giving it two stars, though I’d say the place is closer to one. During a long layover I only used the shower to freshen up, and even at $12NZD it was just about worth it, maybe less. I won’t get into the rooms 😕, but you get what you pay for. Shops and a laundromat are very close.

This was our worst hotel stay in Indonesia so far. The apartment is old and noisy, with only part of it turned into a hotel. We got a room beside the busy entrance, near a lift, with a TV advertisement playing all day and night. When we asked to change rooms, the staff refused and didn’t seem to care that we might leave a bad review. The reply was “Silakan.” They didn’t seem trained for hospitality. Avoid this hotel if you can.

It’s a simple, fairly cheap hotel, so don’t expect too much, though the surrounding area has plenty of facilities and you could even invest in one of the buildings. The big plus is how close it is to Jakarta airport, which saves a lot of time getting there. For the price, it’s worth it for that time saved on trips to and from the airport.
