OYO 3247 Afira Rooms Aeropolis

I spent from 10 PM until midnight trying to find this place and reach someone, but got nowhere. It was in some hidden location, and I didn’t know where to go. I contacted OYO headquarters and got five phone numbers, but every contact was missing. What kind of hotel is this? Don’t trick people who’ve traveled all this way.

I booked two rooms and planned to check in early at 6:30 while my mother and sister picked up my father at the airport during my fast. The map showed the right route, but the hotel wasn’t there when I arrived. Another hotel was there instead, and its receptionist said this Oyo had stopped operating but was still listed on Agoda. I went to the airport first, then returned at 10 am and met the Oyo receptionist. The whole thing felt unprofessional. Check-in wasn’t official, and although I accepted the charge, I thought the cash might just go to him because of how it was handled. I only got one of the two rooms, with the other supposedly unavailable until 12. That was understandable, but I didn’t use it because I expected it to be DIRTY TOO. The room we got was awful, the walls were peeling, and the SHEETS and PILLOWCASES were clearly USED. The photos are fake. I’ve booked hotels hundreds of times and never left a review before, but I’m disgusted. The bathroom was DISGUSTING and the water smelled. The early check-in charge for two rooms was 150k, about 75k each. My family and I checked out at dusk, and the receptionist was playing games instead of handling checkout professionally. The receptionist, cleanliness, rooms, facilities, everything was MINUSS. DO NOT BOOK THIS OYO, TRUST ME! Reddorz is still better, haha. This isn’t a hotel, hostel, or motel, it’s a RUBBISH boarding house. If you dare to book this OYO, just look at it, lol, you’ll regret it. Plenty of OYOs are NOT RUBBISH.

There’s no WiFi in some rooms, so please add it. There’s no drinking water, and some rooms don’t have soap. If possible, provide two blankets and towels since a double room isn’t a single room.

I booked through OYO, but they apparently no longer work with this place, and my money had already gone to OYO. When I got there, I was left feeling like an idiot after being blatantly lied to, and I couldn’t make sense of what was going on. Better not to book here, especially through OYO, or your money may be wasted. I hope nobody else gets hurt like I did. Thank you.
