I booked OYO 90708 KBR Home on Agoda, and the room was nothing like the listing. It was dirty, had cockroaches everywhere, and reeked of cigarette smoke. There wasn't a proper bathroom or a sink, and there was no soap or shampoo. The water came out so slowly that showering or washing up was a hassle. Staff also demanded extra money when I arrived, and openly said the Agoda listing was “fake advertising.” That feels like a scam and is completely unacceptable. I'd tell people to avoid this place. There are better options nearby, so don't waste your money here.

Getting there means going down a narrow alley, and I wouldn't trust leaving a car there. I booked on Agoda, but at arrival they asked for more money, saying the app's price was too low. It was really annoying, so I ended up not staying. Not worth it.

The rooms and toilets were uncomfortable, and it was noisy at night because the hotel connects to a boarding house. I couldn't rest. Staff weren't helpful, especially the women who even argued with the coachmen, and the management seemed bad all around. They also insist on an extra cash payment despite the online booking being a Fixed Buying. It felt like a scam. If you're looking for somewhere near Summarecon Mall Serpong, don't come here. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Find somewhere else.
