PassGo Digital Airport Hotel Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta

The women were great, but it felt like their work was wasted at this hotel. The male receptionist gave half-hearted service, and I wouldn't recommend dealing with him. The location was hard to find, and it felt like I had to walk across a continent to get there. There were no toilet amenities: the shower room was supposed to have shampoo and soap, but it was empty, so I had to wash with plain water. I woke up itchy all over and am certain the sheets hadn't been cleaned. Avoid this place and find another hotel.

Pak Fajar and his team did a great job keeping the place running smoothly and making guests feel welcome. The pods were clean and cozy, just the right size for a solo traveler, with a very comfortable bed and everything inside working properly. The TV worked perfectly, and I could lock away my hand-carry items. Across the hall, the shared bathroom and shower area was clean and well maintained, with good water pressure and everything in good condition. A simple, comfortable stay, and one I'd recommend.

The bathroom access is across the hall in a shared public area. Only two bathrooms and showers were working while construction was going on, though there's another toilet and sink further down the hall. The pods are nice and the size works for one small person. The bed is comfortable, and there's a locker for hand-carry items, but the pod area needs tidying. The TV didn't work, perhaps because the remote needs a new battery or the TV isn't connected. It wasn't a bad stay, but it could be improved.

The blanket had hair on it from who knows where, and my bed had bread crumbs on top when I checked in. The toilet smelled bad, and the neighbor was very noisy. They gave me a recycled disposable sandal from a previous visitor, and it was smelly and dirty. They didn't even seem to care enough to check.
