The room smelled musty as soon as we walked in, and the sheets had hair and stains on them. The floor was dirty too. This was a far cry from the clean, tidy, comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi shown on Google. The AC was broken, the TV didn't work, and Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, not in every room. We also didn't get toiletries, soap, toothbrushes, or towels. The room facilities really need improving.

The bathroom was dirty, and the service was poor. The person who said his name was Fikri had no manners at all. The staff were also absent every morning.

Even while writing this, I'm still here, after just one stay, and I feel completely misled. I booked because the ad listed a TV and internet, but the TV doesn't work for one reason or another, there's no access code for the internet, and there aren't even towels. They won't move me to another room, saying there are none available, and they won't refund me either. I'm sure the only response will be “sorry for the inconvenience.” I can already imagine the reply: “sorry for the inconvenience.” That doesn't help. How am I supposed to get the 30% discount? People thinking of staying here should think twice if they want to avoid the same experience. RedDoorz should come check whether the service and facilities match what's advertised. This is a real scam. Don't come here if you don't want to get scammed too. I'm so sorry!!!
