RedDoorz Near Mandaya Royal Hospital Puri

The room stank of cigarettes and was dirty, with mosquitoes everywhere. The attitude was bad too. This was my first and last booking here. When I arrived, they asked for more money, saying the price was different and cheaper on the app, and that I should have gone directly. Then why list it on RedDoorz and other apps? When I checked out, they charged 10,000 for parking even though it was a new hotel facility. I offered 5,000, but they still wanted 10,000. So fucking ... and cigarette butts.

The room smelled awful and was dirty, and the AC didn't work. The service was extremely UNFRIENDLY. It also looked nothing like the picture on Tiket.com. I'd already paid through the app, but at check-in they demanded extra, saying there was a minimum price. It came to the same as buying offline, so what was the point of using the app? Soooooooooccckk.

Not fit for a stay. The price didn't match the app, and asking for extra money at the property was unprofessional and a hassle. Service was terrible, and when I asked, staff threw things. The room was filthy and hadn't been cleaned, the sheets weren't changed, and the toilet still had feces marks. There were no towels or trash can. It was like a chicken coop.

I booked a night through the 0Y* app for under 100,000, but on arrival they charged me extra. The manager said the minimum was 150,000 per room per night. I was tired, so I felt forced to pay the difference. Service here is BAD and cleanliness is lacking!!!! Don't come here if you want to avoid regret. Find somewhere else to stay!!!!
