I ended up staying two nights after booking just one, because I was comfortable there. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, from check-in through check-out. I was nervous at first because of all the negative reviews on Google and the RedDoorz app, but my stay turned out very differently. The building and rooms are a little old, but my sheets, pillowcases, blanket, bathroom and room were clean and well kept. There was a trash bin, the hot water worked perfectly, the shower was fine, and the toilet worked. The sink in my room didn't work. The TV was working too, though I didn't use it. I was in Room 109, and everything else in it worked well. Even the elderly lady often seen around the hotel, who some reviews called unfriendly, was kind to me. Maybe some guests had bad luck, but I had a very pleasant stay.

Ridwan was great, and I thought it was good value for money. I stayed in room .208 on the 17th and 18th, but I left something behind. How can I get in touch with you?
2/10
The sheets were dirty and covered in stitches, more like rags. There was a TV, but none of the channels worked, and there was no hot water. They should just remove the television. I also couldn't park even briefly to drop someone off. The service and hospitality were awful. Not recommended at all.
2/10
After a long, exhausting day, my wife and I arrived and were turned away because of my skin color. The reception felt like a recruiting office for ISIS, and we were apparently judged for not having dirty rags on our heads. I can only assume the degrading treatment came from a lack of education and basic kindness, neither of which we found there. If you're out of town and want to be gang-raped and stabbed, this is the place.

The price was worth it, and the service was excellent.
