I lasted only an hour before checking out. The room was stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke, with cockroaches and other insects in every corner. The bathroom was dirty and the floor felt sticky. The AC was reasonably cool, though its remote worked only sometimes. The basement parking area was a mess, with puddles everywhere. When I told the receptionist at checkout that the room smelled strongly of smoke, they just said, "That's how it is here, smoking is allowed." 😅 Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I bought an apartment in B Tower in early 2015. Sales told me the building would be ready in two years, by the end of 2017, but even now I don't know how far along it is. I sold my unit to someone else and took a loss of about 30% (7mio). Be careful when buying an investment, especially an apartment.

It's extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with illegal parking too. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything, especially for families with children.

There was garbage all over the floor, and I saw lots of cockroaches and mosquitoes, plus rats on the roof. The place felt very dirty, uncomfortable, and unsafe to live in.
