The room was filthy: the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed, and there were flies all over the disgusting bathroom. We couldn’t sleep and never felt comfortable or safe. Before we even got inside, I spotted a bug crawling on my bag while we waited at reception. The hallways were full of rubbish and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Around 11 PM, about four shirtless men were smoking right outside our room door, which felt unsafe. The airport shuttle never arrived, even after we waited nearly 30 minutes, so we had to pay for a taxi. When we reached Starlet Hotel Jakarta Airport, there was no bellman to help with our luggage. It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, terrible from the start and only worse as it went on. This place shouldn’t be operating as a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it, even for a short layover. If you care about hygiene, safety, or basic comfort, stay far away.

Fairly clean, with wifi that worked well. Traffic made it a little loud, though it’s hard to find a quiet spot near Jakarta’s airport. I didn’t use the shuttle. The hotel-to-airport trip is probably fine, but finding the way back could be chaotic. My Grab from T3 cost 85k. Fine for a night.

We had a long layover between flights, and this was clean and just right for what we needed. They arranged an airport shuttle too. I’d highly recommend it if you need to stay near the airport.

The room is small, and amenities aren’t included. You have to buy them for IDR 25k. Seems mostly used for airport transit and Umrah transit guests.

The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed wasn’t clean at all. There was also a very small table in the room, so a glass fell and broke by accident. I was then charged far more than the glass was actually worth. I don’t recommend staying here.
