Twin Bed Studio Room at Annora Living Apartment

I've lived here for two years. The apartment is comfortable and quiet, and the security guard is fairly friendly. It's good if you don't like crowds. There’s a swimming pool, an Indomaret, and free parking, but no canteen or gym. I was told those used to be there. For food, you'll need to order GoFood. When I first moved in, the marketing staff were friendly. After that, though, the engineering staff (the tall ones) never smiled and didn't answer when greeted, except when greeting each other. Mas Sendy and Mas Jepri are the only polite engineers. Of the office workers, only the one wearing a hijab smiles; the others are very indifferent, dammit. The office staff... well, that's about it. When something breaks in the unit, like the AC or a leaking faucet, getting help takes a long time. We have to track down engineering ourselves, since there's no one-stop service center. Sometimes it's less frustrating to pay an outside technician. From Friday evening through Sunday evening, I also often run into people renting rooms by the day in the elevator, boys and girls... well, you know. Hehe.

Parking is a mess, from fighting over car spaces with hotel and event guests to chaotic motorcycle parking and scratched vehicles. The parking team, cleaning staff, and building maintenance are understaffed, especially for basic sanitation. Management only acts after complaints get severe and loud, and is slow even though the monthly IPL can cost 600,000-900,000. Think twice before renting or buying a unit here. Top management shows no friendliness. Only security and engineering are friendly, while the civil engineering staff are very arrogant.

There are no dining options nearby, and both elevators were out while I was on the 11th floor. I had to take the emergency stairs to my unit, and no one had notified us about the outage. Very, very disappointing.
