The location is handy, right across from a large Summarecon shopping mall and a modern market where you can get an inexpensive breakfast in the morning. Breakfast at the hotel was good, though nothing special. The rooms are spacious enough for the price, and the parking is safe and roomy. You can even park inside the building and go straight to the elevators. Water pressure was good, and the WiFi stayed steady even when the place was full. The water slides were a letdown and seemed poorly designed. Each one ends in a shallow pool after a very steep drop, so you or your kids could easily get hurt if you’re not careful. Safety rules weren’t enforced, with people running and jumping around. I saw children bump into each other as they came down the slides.

They handled the students' swimming and cooking activities professionally when I came with the school group today. They were also good at dealing with a minor swimming accident. Great work.

The pool music was so loud that it drowned out the kids laughing, which was a shame. An officer told me they need the music to attract visitors. Really?

We stayed almost two weeks and were very happy with the service. The cleaner did a perfect job on our room, even after I apologized for spilling curry sauce on the bed. I left a tip for the cleaner who took care of it.

Meeting room and facilities were standard, in line with what you'd expect from a regular hotel. The snacks had more variety.
