The bridal room was huge and cozy, though the bed shook a little. Yellow bee had a curling iron, hair straightener, clean brush, and mirror with good lighting ready for us. There were two clean bathrooms with toiletries, plus eight bathrobes, one for the bride and the rest for the bridesmaids. Service was very good, and booking the room included breakfast for eight. I did have to wait 30 minutes on arrival before I could go in, but it was quite good overall. 🫶😍 😊

We stayed in a cozy, unusual family room on the 7th floor. They had left LEGO, a hula hoop and a mini tent as decoration, plus cow-pattern pajamas. My family and I had fun trying on the pajamas and playing with the LEGO. The room also had a full set of amenities, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a mini cooler. Early in the morning, though, the bathroom water from both the faucets and toilet turned dirty, with lots of black, sand-like bits. We waited about five minutes for it to clear. It did get clearer, but the flow then weakened, which was annoying. The staff were friendly, and the location is strategic.

The view over the whole city is great, and the rooms are neat and well looked after. The staff are very good and helpful. The location works really well too, with Tangerang city mall and the food market within walking distance, and the airport close by. This was my second year staying here, and I've spent almost three weeks here in total.

After paying for my booking with a credit card, I noticed unauthorized activity on the card the next day. The hotel is about 40 minutes from the airport. The room also felt dated and needed a better clean.
