The caretaker is a really sweet lady, and having a private pool is nice. They also provide a kitchen and utensils, TV, and Wi-Fi, and you can rent a scooter for an extra charge. It’s a decent place for a weekend if you want somewhere that feels like home, though the vibe in person doesn’t quite match the photos online.

Rosie was fantastic, and so was the villa. There was a lot of traffic outside, though, and the water quality was bad.

The building itself was okay during the few days I stayed in November, but not much else worked for me. The pool was dirty, the Wi-Fi was dead, and parking the motorbike outside didn’t feel safe at all.
