For a premium villa, this is one of the cheapest options around. The staff are helpful around the clock, and I'd happily come back. 10/10.

I rented this place for a year, but got back only 2 million rupiah of the deposit. The toilet seat was moldy and the sink rusty, yet I was expected to replace the sink with a NEW one. That made no sense to me. The damage was from a natural disaster, but the tenant was still asked to pay compensation, and the amount seemed unreasonable too. The guard only wanted money and wouldn't help without being paid. He had already been paid, despite doing a poor job, and then the villa owner blamed the tenant for hiring his staff 😅🤦♀️. My deposit money is gone. Don't rent here, it's the most expensive and complicated place!

My guest's year-long rental ended on July 1, 2023, and the owner returned the entire 10 million rupiah deposit. The villa also got cleaner and tidier after the cleaning staff changed.

The pool was pleasant and the bed comfortable, but there weren't any sun loungers beside it. The house itself was filthy, from dirt in the corners and beneath the toilet seat to heavy limescale all over the shower screen. The cupboards smelled bad, and the dishes weren't clean. Staff there couldn't speak any English, so we couldn't communicate. Not recommended, especially at that price.
