The hotel has just three floors, with the third as its highest level, just a small note 😊. It may have met four-star standards when it first opened, but some parts now need work to keep that rating. I liked that the room could be set up for smoking or non-smoking, and there was no cigarette smell. Still, the trash bin had quite a few cigarette remnants in it. The bathroom lock was a little hard to shut, and without a shower partition, water splashed over to the sink. Small things, but they affected comfort.

Breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent range of good food, and the studio room we moved to was clean and comfortable. It may be a little tight for anyone who needs more room to pray. My husband and I were in Tanjung Pinang for a family trip and stayed at Aston Hotel Tanjung Pinang. The first room was extremely hot, almost like a sauna, because the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. We called reception, and they responded quickly by moving us to another room. The staff handled the problem well, and the stay was pleasant.

We had a really nice family stay. The staff were friendly, the room was roomy and clean, and breakfast had loads of choices and was amazing. The ginger lemon water in the coffee area was a smart touch.

Everything went smoothly with our trip and transfer, and we were very happy. Thanks to Tri Hardianto for organizing it so well. The atmosphere is always welcoming and comfortable, and I was impressed by the professionalism and customer service.

A convenient location and generally helpful staff made this a suitable short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities covered the basics. It was fine, with no major problems, though nothing stood out.
