The people made our three-night stay feel special from arrival to farewell. The staff were friendly and courteous, and we had personal conversations with the owner, hotel manager, chef, and others. The service included welcome drinks and a dedicated team to answer questions. The bay and hotel are beautiful, and the grounds are very well maintained. Food was varied, healthy, and delicious. They even remembered that my partner’s birthday had been a week earlier, and surprised us with a song and cake. What stood out most was how they helped with my proposal to my now fiancée. The setting, service, photos and videos, and food were all better than I could have imagined. I arrived with high expectations, and they exceeded them many times over. Thank you for everything.

Ben and Anja, the co-founders and owners, made us feel welcome, as did every member of the team. Their genuine care and attention to detail turned our stay at Lombok Lodge into something deeply personal. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. The natural, lush setting is a hidden gem, and the lodge offers peaceful luxury with beautiful spa treatments, fine dining prepared each day by a true master chef, and service that’s second to none. It’s hard to put into words how wonderful it was.

We wished we’d had more time here. The food was delicious, and the kind, attentive staff can arrange activities to see nearby island spots on land or in the water. With such a beautiful view, it would be easy to spend the whole day around the lodge. An amazing hotel.
