For the price range, I think this is the best option around. We were put in a smoking room even though we don't smoke, but it didn't smell, and staff brought in a machine to clear any lingering smoke or odor. Breakfast was small but enough for us. Good hotel, definitely recommend it.

For a one-night stay, the clean, nice room was enough for me, since I didn't care about the other facilities. The superior queen cost 350k, with a returnable 100k deposit at check-in, and it was a smoking room. There wasn't a window, so it felt like being cut off from the outside world. Breakfast had only a few choices, rice, noodles, bread, and so on.

The service was awful. I asked to exchange a towel and was told the staff had gone, so I should try again tomorrow. When I asked the next day, they refused because I hadn't extended my stay. They said they'd look into it, but after an hour with no call or towel, I called again. Then I was told they couldn't help and to call laundry if I didn't believe the receptionist. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this was some of the saddest service I've had. It wasn't just bad, they didn't even try.

Everything seems fine, but the service needs improvement. It's often fully booked because a nearby private company uses the hotel for crew changes.

The hotel was good, but I lost my hat there. Maybe it was my fault, who knows? It's a petty reason, I know, but I really loved that hat, lol.
