Checking out took half an hour, and when we mentioned we might miss our flight, they said they were only responsible for the rooms. The service was terrible, and staff were often discourteous. They held a deposit for each room, which made it easy for them to add charges as they pleased. They charged us 150,000 for pen ink on the sheets, even though it was already there when we arrived. They didn't believe me, which felt like they were calling me a liar. The whole process was very unfair. They need to improve their customer service and make check-in and check-out less difficult.

The restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced, and breakfast is included, with a wide range of Indonesian dishes. The hotel is cleaner than others we’ve stayed in, and the staff are friendly, though their English is limited. Google Translate helped us order food. Our suite and our friends’ double room were both excellent, with plenty of space, and the air conditioning worked well. We’d recommend staying here.

There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean, with air conditioning and cable TV. Breakfast is a good buffet with fish, chicken, rice, noodles, vegetables, fruit, bread, butter, jam, juice that isn’t fresh, coffee, and tea. For the price, it’s good value.

The price is very affordable, and there are plenty of food outlets and shops nearby. It’s a nice, comfortable hotel with breakfast, WiFi, AC, a hot shower, TV, and a lift.
