Mycity Hotel

We had really bad service. The air conditioner in our room was leaking. We reported it in the morning, and they called a mechanic right away. I assumed it had been fixed, but it kept leaking. Then, late the next night, the receptionist called to say they were going to repair the AC. After a long day, we needed to rest. They suggested moving to another room, but that didn't work for us. It was too late to pack everything and switch rooms, and we were exhausted. Please put guest comfort first. We paid 425.000 a night for a deluxe room and expected better hospitality.

The location is good, and it's fine for a short stay or a stopover, even though the facilities inside are quite old. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and the front desk staff could be friendlier. Debit card payments come with a 2% charge, so bring cash if you can.

I found it quite worthwhile compared with other places in the city. I paid under 400k rupiahs for a deluxe room, and the price-to-service ratio makes it an easy recommendation. It's right in the middle of a busy area, which I found pretty fascinating.

The location is convenient, close to the business area, a minimarket, and places to eat. It seems new from outside, but once you're in, you can tell it's an old hotel. It's not bad, except the water heater didn't work.
