I’m from malaysia and picked this hotel because it’s close to all the tourist spots. The service was good and breakfast was good too. There are photo-friendly corners everywhere.

We were well looked after, especially by Miman at the restaurant. The rooms were good, the restaurant was nice, and the service was good. The location was nice too, near the hot springs.

We booked two rooms for a family holiday. The mountain views around the hotel are great, and the grounds make a lovely backdrop for photos. Service was okay, and breakfast was enough for all the hotel guests.

The restaurant menu looks colorful, though the food tasted just so-so. I liked the hotel-style room concept and loved the bungalow idea. The staff were friendly, but I think they need more people to handle everything. The scenery is beautiful, and it’s a lovely place to enjoy with friends, family, or a group.
