HONEST REVIEW I stayed in downstairs room B1-1, so I can’t speak for the other rooms. At 130,000 Rupiah through Agoda on a weekday, it was really worth it. This isn’t a Sharia hotel/lodging, as far as I know. The bed didn’t feel stuffy, the Wi-Fi was strong, the water heater worked safely, cable TV was on, and the AC was very cold. There were two towels and two mineral waters, and the room smelled fresh when I came in, with no musty odor. You can hear a little noise from outside, but it seemed normal. Laundry is available too. I didn’t see any insects, cockroaches, or mosquitoes. They only needed my ID card, with no deposit, and there were no extra charges, including for early check-in. I arrived around 1:00 AM. For the price, it’s worth it. If it’s really good, I’d say it’s good.

It’s handy for getting into the city center, with food stalls and grocery stores nearby. The staff are friendly, the room was clean, and the Wi-Fi stayed stable. The TV worked, the hot water was good, and the AC kept things cool. The main road noise does carry into the room, though, and the mattress dips when you lie on it.

The smart TV, water heater, and very cold AC were fine, but the room itself was in rough shape. It was cramped, the closet was very dirty, and water leaking from the bathroom left the floor muddy. The mat didn’t soak it up, and there wasn’t any soap or toothbrush. There were blood stains on the sheets, and a musty smell had gotten into the pillows and blankets, so it was hard to sleep. The mattress also sagged and creaked, which made the night uncomfortable and tiring. Please check the furniture in each room and replace anything that’s no longer suitable, especially the badly damaged, dirty mattress and pillows. After each checkout, wash the sheets and pillows and make sure they smell fresh. It would also help to have cutlery guests can borrow. Hopefully the place improves over time.

For the price, keep your expectations modest. The AC gets cold and there’s hot water in the bathroom. The bed feels soft at first, but it sinks once you lie down.
