Great value for money. The bed was comfy, with two pillows, and the sheets were clean. Best!

I don't know why this hotel is rated two stars. I'd give it four. The rooms are excellent, the staff are very friendly, and breakfast is delicious. I couldn't find a fault, and it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked fine during our one-night stay. The only issue came when showering: the glass divider was too small, so water sprayed everywhere.

For somewhere to sleep, it’s more than enough.

The staff were helpful, professional, and nice. I really like the idea of having a water dispenser, which I first saw at fave hotel Garut. On the 3rd floor of Amaris, near the elevator, the dispenser sign said the pink side had hot water. Maybe nobody had mentioned a problem before, but I took some water on my way out and it wasn’t hot. Hope to see Amaris again soon. Keep up the good work 👏 👍 👌
