Hotel Asri Plaza Asia Tasikmalaya

The room was spacious for a reasonable price, with a comfy bed, sparkling clean towels and friendly staff. There are plenty of plants that make the place feel homey, even though it sits above a mall, and the atmosphere is nice. I found no toilet paper in my bathroom, and the mugs were dirty enough that I washed them before using them. Breakfast was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it highly.

Being connected to the mall made it easy to find what I needed. My Deluxe room was quite big, and the staff were helpful and hospitable. There’s a swimming pool and gym, and breakfast had a good range of options, including vegan food, bread, cereal and typical Indonesian dishes. Everything was good.

The room was spacious, the service was good, and I enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is inside a shopping centre, so you can head downstairs for whatever you need. Despite being high up in the building, the environment doesn’t feel that way. The signage in the mall could be improved, though, as there aren’t enough signs pointing to the hotel.

There’s a big mall below the hotel with lots of stalls, so guests can walk around there. I also enjoyed swimming and having breakfast. It’s an affordable place for a temporary stay, though the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
