D'residence Syariah by OYO Rooms

The guards were friendly, and the price felt fair for the service. It's a good place to stay, with a calm atmosphere, a strategic location, and not far from the city center.

The room itself was pretty good, but room 3's pillow smelled like drool, oh my God. There were no towels unless you asked, the side water spray was really rusty, and the AC wasn't cold. Please fix these things, sir. If I ran a business like this, I'd take proper care of the rooms so customers could feel at home. They used to provide Vit, but now, in 2024, they're using refilled water for drinking instead. It's not certain that people like refill water. How much does Aqua cost? Toothbrushes aren't provided either, even though a single package is cheap on Shopee. Those should be supplied.

The location is remote, and the garage only has room for up to 4 cars. Bring your own soap and shampoo if you like, though they are provided in the bathroom. I booked through Traveloka and, thank goodness, everything was safe. Other hotels were full, so this was good enough for one night's sleep. The room, toilet, and towels were clean, and the AC was cool. The shower had both hot and cold water.

The app price and the price charged at the hotel should match. If they don't, please sort it out right away instead of ignoring it, because it causes a hassle. Just a suggestion for the owner. Thanks, bye. YTTA.
