The location is close to downtown and other public facilities. They have Family Triple Rooms that fit a small family of three. Service from the staff was good, and the rooftop restaurant has a nice view. It gets hot from the roof during the day, so some standing AC units would help. The swimming pool is too small.

Don't expect much from the service. There's no standard procedure even for room cleaning, and the receptionist wasn't very helpful. The food options are limited, though what they serve tastes good. I recommend the deluxe rooms: the renovation isn't brand new, but the room is more proper, and the toilet is in better shape, even though there's no toilet paper. The room may be small, but it has what you'd expect from a 3 star room. Basically, this is a 3 star hotel.

During the holiday season, this was the only place in Tegal I could find at a reasonable price, and it turned out to be quite good. It's centrally located, with dinner spots you can walk to or order from through goFood. The place isn't managed very well, though. There was no shower curtain, the shower knob was rusty, and the mirror was crusty. Still tolerable for a transit hotel.

I stayed one night and it felt a bit overpriced because it was peak season, but the room upgrade made it worthwhile. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The AC wasn't doing its job at 16°C, so please check the maintenance. The electric kettle was dirty and needs a proper wash or replacement.

Nice place to stay. The bathroom was clean, and the bedroom and bedding were neat. Good overall.
