The simple wooden touches make the room feel cozy, and the air conditioning keeps it cool. It’s a comfortable, clean room with a roomy bed, crisp white sheets, and pillows laid out neatly. Worked well for a short visit or a business trip, especially for the price.

The bathroom was clean and had a proper sitting toilet, though the hot water wasn't working. The water was still not cold in the hot weather. There’s no sink in the room, just one in the hallway, and a shared kitchen with a refrigerator. The building is new and very clean, and I stayed in a twin room with enough space to move around. They offer bottled mineral water as well as refill water. Check-in took around 15-20 minutes. I arrived about 1PM and there were only two staff members. At first they gave me a double bed even though I’d booked a twin, but they moved me to the right room in the end. Early check-in costs 25k even if a room is available, including when you arrive an hour early. The parking area is small and there’s no parking attendant. A small car can park by the homestay entrance, and they asked me to move mine even though there were still spaces, perhaps because it was small. A bigger car can fit there too, but needs a bit of effort. I had a pleasant stay at first, but couldn't sleep until morning after some guests arrived late and made noise that woke me up. The air conditioning also wasn't as cold as I’d hoped given how hot it was outside.

Good value for the price, and the rooms were really clean. Had a nice stay.

It was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, with kind, mature service. The prices were cheap, the air conditioning was great, and there was lovely hot water. Amazing place. I’d come back soon.
