We had the chance to take the hotel's yoga class, and the calm surroundings and professional guidance left us feeling relaxed both physically and mentally. We were also lucky to spend our last two days in Villa No. 1 after an upgrade. Its privacy and breathtaking view were a perfect end to the trip. After four wonderful nights, we're checking out today with some reluctance. The Hotel Manager, Front Desk, Restaurant, Housekeeping, and entrance security teams were all warm, friendly, and sincerely kind. Their care and smiles made us feel at home and turned the trip into one of our most cherished memories. Thank you all for your thoughtfulness. We hope to return.

The views across the misty canyon and the sounds of the jungle made the room especially lovely. I also had some almost mystical morning runs through the nearby rice fields. Breakfast was delicious, and Niko and Nengah’s team, the F&B Director, served it. Ayu, Yumi, and Daniel at the front desk gave me a smooth check-in even though I arrived late, and they'd prepared a sandwich in case I was hungry. At check-out, I appreciated taking a photo with the team after their heartfelt, efficient service. I stayed two nights at Cicada Resort Bali Ubud, Autograph Collection. Led by General Manager Reka, it’s a solid choice north of Ubud, closer to the island’s northern area and its world-famous volcanoes. I loved it.

For our honeymoon, we stayed four nights, three in a regular room and one in a private pool villa. Both were wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable from day one, while the villa gave us privacy and lovely views of Ubud's natural surroundings. It was a perfect honeymoon setting. The resort's restaurant offered a good range of thoughtfully prepared, delicious meals. Most of all, the staff's kindness and attentiveness made us feel welcome and cared for from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Yumi for her thoughtful support and friendly service. We highly recommend the resort for a peaceful, high-quality stay in Ubud, especially for couples and honeymooners.

The breakfast selection was especially impressive, and the facilities were excellent. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully kept. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It made the stay relaxing and memorable, and we’ll definitely be back.
