Jambu Klutuk Resort

We had a good time here. The rooms are huge, and the cottage is clean, with a clean pool and cool water. The staff gave us a super warm welcome, and Adelia made check-in smooth while helping me and my parents. A great place to enjoy Parakan.

Our romantic dinner was a real highlight. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel at home, and the menu had plenty of dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a treat, and there's such a wide choice to suit different tastes that I want to come back and try more. Staying at Jambu Klutuk Resort&Resto was unforgettable too. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and the luxurious villa accommodations made the stay memorable. Its location was great for exploring the city. The setting between two mountains is lovely, but the facilities seem poorly maintained. We booked the Villa for two nights and had trouble getting the promised hot water in the shower. The TV also sometimes lost its Wi-Fi connection. The staff were very accommodating, but having to call them every few hours gets tiring. I also found the restaurant menu very limited. It could be reviewed, with more use of local produce, and staff training could help them share ideas and make the restaurant better.

Kids have room to run around on the wide green lawn, and there are play spots for them too. The views and environment are great and family-friendly. The restaurant is cozy, with two kinds of seating: regular chairs or the gazebo's wood floor where you can put your feet up. You can feed the fish there as well. Prices are regular, but the portions are kind of small, so don't expect to get really full. I wouldn't recommend the live music, though. The keyboardist should check those chords and get in sync with the singer, haha. The villa cost really surprised me, it was so high. It has two rooms, plus what seems to be camping grounds where you can spend the night inside a tent. There are toilets and a restaurant available, so it's not really for serious campers, huh? Still, this place is crazy awesome. I'd recommend it to my friends and would certainly be happy to come back.
