The lake view was beautiful and genuinely relaxing, but the rest of the stay was far below expectations and not worth the price. Service felt unprofessional, and the price didn't match the place's quality. The pool wasn't properly cleaned, and breakfast was disappointing, with very few options. Staff gave unclear or misleading information about what services and facilities were available.

The breakfast was generous and tasty, with options from beef to fish. The room was spacious enough for two extra beds and had a refrigerator and electric jug. The restaurant was closed that night, though I'm not sure if it doesn't serve dinner. The nearest warung was about a 10-minute drive, so better bring your own dinner. The bathroom wasn't very clean and smelled a bit.

The location is great, and the pool water comes from the lake, which feels refreshing. With a standard room, though, the choices are a spot by the kitchen or one in the parking area, so I'd suggest paying more for an upstairs room. Breakfast was okay, but there was no water refill. I also had small ants, mosquitoes, and even a big cockroach in my room one day.

The lake view straight from the resort is beautiful, and the Wi-Fi was good. I stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious, though the bathroom was small. There’s a swimming pool, but the water is really cold.
