Some rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the hotel is affordable and right in the center of Ternate. Room condition can vary, though. A few weren't very clean, and I saw leaks from the roof or air conditioning in some rooms, with water dripping steadily. I'd ask reception to help pick a room at check-in so you don't end up in one of the poorly maintained ones.

The internet wasn't bad, but the rest of my stay was awful. The bathroom and bedroom were both dirty and smelled bad, and some of the air conditioners leaked. At breakfast, even a sunny-side-up egg costs an extra 5 thousand rupiahs 😂

For what they charge, the service was really poor. No sandals in the room unless you ask, and my double room had just one towel, so I had to ask for that too. There wasn't Wi-Fi on the third floor, though I can't say what it's like on the others. No housekeeper helped with my belongings, so I had to use the trolley myself.

The staff were very helpful, and the location is convenient for Jatiland mall and Ahmad Yani Port. The lobby and toilet need to be cleaner, and the toilet tissue could be better quality.

I looked at other hotels first, but this one ended up being the best for me. It's clean and in a great location. I'd give it five stars if the breakfast tasted better.
