A spacious, very quiet apartment, set back from the main street but still close to shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly, too. It’s a great base for a Canggu getaway and I can highly recommend staying here.

The service was extremely rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I booked an apartment, then nearly a week later, after a couple of welcome messages from the Kilau team, they said they had listed the wrong price and asked me to pay an extra 270 USD for my stay. I asked them to honor the price they had offered their customer, but they didn’t even respond. Instead, they cancelled my booking one day before I was due to arrive, leaving me without anywhere to stay at the last minute. I’m still waiting for my refund.

The space was light, spacious, clean, and quiet at any time of day, with views over the rice paddies. It was ideal after a long trip, and I had the best few days at Kilau. The location is great as well, with lots of restaurants nearby and just a few minutes by bike to the beach. I’d definitely stay again.

Such a dream place to stay. The two-floor apartments are modern and cozy, and the maintenance is superb. Great location too. I had an amazing time, 10/10, and will definitely be back 👍

The host was amazing, and the stay was incredible. Everything you need for a vacation is here, in a beautiful, really safe neighborhood.
