The place looked old and worn inside, nothing like the photos, and there were geckos, bugs, flies, and other critters everywhere. The bed and couch were extremely uncomfortable. Maybe this was just villa number 7, but the front yard was basically one big pool with nowhere to lay down a towel and relax. There was an outdoor bed, but it was fully covered so you couldn’t lie in the sun. It was filthy, crawling with bugs and geckos, and the pillows and towels left outside were dirty too. The pool was full of bugs and leaves, and I have no idea when it was last cleaned. The AC leaked the whole time and stopped working completely on our last night. It barely did anything even before that, though.

The villas are comfortable, modern, and spacious, and the area is quiet. The location was the one letdown for me. It’s pretty average, and getting to restaurants or supermarkets means a long walk.

The villa is spacious and sits in a quiet neighborhood, but it’s also close to everything. The staff were amazing, and we loved the place. The only real problem was the mosquitoes. The shower area is too open, and the sliding doors move too far, making it easier for them to get in. We definitely want to come back soon!

We had a good stay in villa number 4. The location is handy, about a 5-minute walk to food and a market, and the staff were nice. The room was clean too. The pool wasn’t rectangular like it looks in the photo, and the hot water on the dispenser was broken. The microwave sometimes wouldn’t stop. Still, it’s a very good villa in canggu and I’d recommend it.

I had a terrible experience this time. The villa team messaged my friends, who didn’t know anything about the booking, saying we had to cancel. I was the one who booked, and I don’t know where they got my friends’ number. It felt unprofessional and irresponsible. I’d stayed here in 2022 and had a good time, though the bed and sofa were hard and the pool smelled bad. I still gave it 5 stars. In 2024, I booked again through a travel app with a big discount. They told my friends the property was under construction, though I’m not sure if that was true. I tested it by making another booking for the same dates using a fake account at a higher price. I waited a week and got no message saying the property was under construction. LOL.
