The staff gave really great service, and the street is relatively quiet. There are lots of healthy places to eat and several gyms nearby. Laundry service was good, and there's a bar and dining with good views of Canggu. Thanks to Jovan for taking me to and from the airport, and for being a great tour guide and driver one day. A few small issues, as other reviews mention: there's sometimes a weak sewage smell from the shower and sink, though it usually clears after running the tap well once or twice. The aircon can be weak, and the rooms aren't very brightly lit.

Breakfast was the one real positive. The man working there, who I believe was the restaurant manager, did a great job and noticed things quickly, fixing them before you even had to ask. We booked a standard room, all of which are on the ground floor, and wanted to leave as soon as we walked in. The receptionist said we'd need to pay extra to upgrade to a suite. It was much better because it was spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work and the bathroom was smelly and moldy. The hygiene was so poor that I showered in flipflops. All the furniture had human fluid stains. The whole hotel feels outdated and needs renovation. We only used the pool once because staff swarmed around us like bees, hoping we'd order something. It was very unpleasant. Please just let people relax.

The service and breakfast were good, and all the staff were very helpful. We stayed for two nights. My room was on the ground floor near the staff room, though, and it was so noisy that it disturbed my sleep. I'd choose to stay here again next time, but I'd ask for an upstairs room in the hope of getting somewhere quieter and more comfortable, with privacy. Thank you.

They gave us breakfast boxes when we mentioned we'd need to check out early for our flight. By 4am, they'd packed food and water for us. Such thoughtful, amazing service 💕 We had a pleasant two-night stay, and the service was superb. We were lucky to get an early check-in and a room beside the receptionist. It was spacious, clean, and had enough amenities.

What a ridiculous experience. I made a proper request for a non-smoking room on a high floor, but they put me on the ground floor and said no upstairs rooms were left. The room was right beside the public toilet, and workers cleaning nearby made a lot of noise. The room smelled bad and had mosquitoes too. When I complained to the receptionists, they gave me false information and said I could change rooms for an extra charge. After all that drama, I suggest you don't come here. The service management was so bad!
