Casa Amarta Canggu - Boutique Loft & Detox Spa

I love how peaceful and comfortable Casa Amarta feels, and the design is beautiful. The staff were kind and attentive from the moment I arrived, making the place feel like home. Every detail seems thoughtfully handled, and it’s clear they care about giving guests a lovely stay. I’d recommend Casa Amarta to anyone looking for a special stay in Canggu.

My company booked a few rooms here, so they can't dismiss this by saying my name isn't on their guest list. The hotel is badly mismanaged, yet refuses to take responsibility. They handed out the wrong item from their storage to another guest, specifically another guest's MOTORBIKE key. That guest got angry and thought we were trying to steal the bike. The reception caused the whole mess, but they still haven't apologized or admitted they were at fault.

For our first trip to Bali, choosing CASA AMARTA made the stay memorable. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiling, and accommodating, giving us a real "mi casa es tu casa" feeling from the start. They were great at reception and also cooked food that felt "Michellin" grade. We were caught by surprise during Silent Day, their once-a-year local tradition, and asked plenty of clueless questions. The staff patiently handled them all with grace. Breakfast was reasonably priced, as were the a la carte lunches and dinners. Our room was clean and comfortable, and there’s a pool plus a rooftop for anyone wanting some quiet time. We only regret that clouds kept us from seeing the magnificent Milky Way on Silent Day. The hotel is close to a beach, cafes, and restaurants, so getting around to different cafes is easy. Thanks to all the staff who looked after us and the owners behind the concept.
