We only planned on three nights, but ended up staying ten. After a few days it felt like home. The garden is spacious and lovely, and they clean it every day. Nanik, the manager, is gentle, and all the staff are so kind and helpful. The more expensive rooms are pretty, with queen beds, roomy bathrooms with hot water, and views over the garden and pool. It’s quiet and relaxed, with breakfast on the garden terrace each morning, plus coffee, tea, and water available all day. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. I can’t recommend this hostel enough.

The one thing behind my four stars is the water pump noise at night. Apart from that, this is a place we’ve come back to, and Damar has felt like home on Bali for a second time. The room is simple, there’s a garden pool and shared kitchen, and you meet all kinds of people who can turn into friends. Administrator Nanik is friendly, helpful, and easy to chat with.

The staff are humble and the neighbors are really friendly. I liked the big, clean room, good Wi-Fi, and quiet atmosphere. There’s a large garden, pool, shared kitchen, and plenty of parking, plus a small gym if you want to exercise. You can rent bikes there too, and the beach and supermarket aren’t far. I’d recommend staying here when you come to Bali. Cheers 🍺🍸
