Swarga Suites Bali Berawa, Marclan Collection

We spent 6 days here and really enjoyed the beachside location, pool, and rooftop bar overlooking the beach. The service stood out most. Every staff member was attentive and friendly, especially Ade and Sri(sp?) in the restaurant. Thanks for the warm welcomes and wonderful care!

The staff were easily the best part of our 6-night stay at Swarga Suites Berawa. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. We also appreciated the welcome drinks, afternoon tea, and 15-minute foot massage. When our TV stopped working on the first night, they replaced it right away. On the last night the AC leaked, and a technician arrived almost immediately and fixed it in under 5 minutes. Even the noise issue was handled quickly: the rooms aren’t fully soundproof, and we could hear neighbors clearly. On the second night, we called security because the people next door had been arguing and shouting for almost an hour. Staff stepped in fast, which we appreciated. We booked a room with pool access, and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was decent, with minimarkets, laundry spots, and nice restaurants about a 5-minute walk away. A small bridge leads to the beach, though the stretch directly in front wasn’t very clean, with quite a bit of dog poop. It’s easy to walk along the beach to Finns and Atlas. Food was just okay. Breakfast didn’t stand out, and there were lots of tiny flies around the pastries. We tried room service once and thought it was a bit overpriced for what you get. Still, we had a great stay and would consider coming back because the staff handled problems so efficiently.

We stayed for 3 nights in a spacious room right by the beach, with a nice pool if you’d rather avoid the sand. Guests get free entry to the beach club next door, which is worth checking out for some upscale downtime by the water. It’s easy to get Grab for food or rides, a convenience store is nearby, and a crossfit gym is less than 10 minutes away. I’d recommend it for the ambience and convenience.

From check-in through checkout, the staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help, which made us feel very well cared for. Swarga Suites has a great location for both relaxing and exploring, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and refined. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
