I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel. The food was delicious and surprisingly affordable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly well trained. Thanks especially to Deny and Keke, though everyone looked after me well. The large pool was clean and beautifully maintained. My Executive Room was spacious, comfortable, and in great shape. It was kept very clean, and the big bathroom and balcony were useful. The balcony had a table and enough room to dry clothes. The one drawback was the bathroom’s open-air design: it looked nice, but mosquitoes were around and I got bitten while using it. Enclosing that area more would help keep them out.

Arya, rizal, and yuda from housekeeping were so friendly and attentive. They kept the room spotless and made sure everything was replenished, which made my stay more relaxing. The room was comfortable and well cared for each day. The bed was cozy, everything was neatly set out, and it smelled fresh. I really appreciated that attention to keeping it tidy. I had a great experience, would recommend staying here, and would love to return.

Arya, Rizal, and Yuda kept our room spotless, and the thoughtful surprise they left on the bed was such a lovely touch. The team at Kemilau Hotel were warm and friendly, which made the stay memorable. We really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch menus. Instead of the usual continental buffet, dishes were brought out beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The Canggu location was ideal too, with shops, cafes, and entertainment all around. Definitely a stay to remember.
