The staff really made our stay. Everyone was kind and accommodating, and the cooks were especially sweet. They made us a delicious, simple breakfast, and when my friend wanted to cook potatoes, they let her use the kitchen and even went to the local market to find the ingredients she needed. I came with friends about a month ago and had a lovely time. The place has a charming, outdoorsy feel, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were super comfortable. A big thank you to James at the front desk for always being so welcoming!

We finished our Bali holiday here, and it was such a great way to end the trip. We joined Dewi's yoga class and really loved the experience. The restaurant was excellent too, with delicious food and great service. The place is beautiful, clean, and well looked after, with a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and did so much to make us feel at home. We had an amazing stay at United Colors in Bali.

Anam always had a funny line ready, which made the stay even more fun. We also got to chat with the very friendly owners, a couple who shared helpful tips for our onward journey. Renting scooters through the hotel was easy. The whole property was spacious, spotless, and lovingly kept, and the rooms were immaculate. From arrival, the team made us feel at home. We were added to a WhatsApp group for questions, and although we only stayed briefly and hardly needed to ask anything, the team was ready to help. On our first day we forgot we'd booked breakfast, and someone came to our room before it ended to check if we still wanted to eat. We haven't had that kind of care at a hotel before. The staff were so kind and attentive, and we’d happily return. We had a beautiful stay at this stunning villa, with access to three different pools. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious too.

I spent four days at UCB, and it was amaazziingg. The location, facilities, cleanliness, and friendly staff were all above everything. UCB really presents the colors of Bali. Thank you, UCB ❤️ I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be back.
