I stayed in this house for six months, and it was far too expensive at 120M IDR a month. The location is good, but the house wasn't well maintained, so problems kept coming up even though they tried to fix some of them. We ended up killing two rats ourselves and moved to a similar, cheaper place in the same area. They also kept most of my deposit, saying I'd stolen some bed sheets. Seriously? Avoid this company if you can.

Great location and a great experience. It was clean, had good amenities, and the rate was affordable. I'll definitely be back.
