If you’re looking to party, the location works well: Finn's, Atlas, and the beach are all about a five-minute walk away. But the noise from Atlas carries on until midnight every evening, so this isn’t a good pick for a relaxed vacation. The property needs better upkeep and more attention to cleaning, amenities, and furnishings. The pool table is torn and there aren’t enough Q's. There should be more fans for the area, bathroom amenities were missing, and the hair dryer was so old it seemed close to giving out.

The beautiful grounds and friendly staff made our stay special. The team catered to our needs, even giving me a ride into town on the back of a scooter to get a SIM card. The villa is starting to show its age, though. You can walk up the beach to beach clubs and restaurants, and there’s a cute cafe down the street.

The beach view is partly blocked by the shacks in between, and the paths down to the beach had plenty of trash. The staff should keep them clean, but they don’t. There are also discos nearby, so nights outside aren’t quiet. The place could be beautiful, but upkeep has fallen behind. The windows and doors to the outside no longer fit tightly or get stuck, materials are worn, a fan is broken, and the AC in one BR didn’t work when we arrived. It feels like the owners have let it go. It badly needs a refresh, which seems like it would be simple. I’d revise this review if the owners restored it to its past glory.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, spacious villa. The staff were so kind and helpful. A little minor maintenance would help, but otherwise it’s five stars.
