I’m really upset about how the room situation was handled. I had reminded you about the guest room, but polite words aren’t the same as an apology or actually fixing things. When I arrived, room 15 had a leaking AC, the blanket smelled, and my son was told to take the tub up to the top. We had to wait for a room or our money back. Room 16 was smaller, but quite a bit cleaner than room 15. We’d planned this for Eid and wanted to have halal bi halal, so we booked ahead. Then this happened. The people here seem reluctant to serve us and lazy about doing their jobs. It’s no wonder the rating is so bad. There aren’t many decent places to stay here with good service. The Wi-Fi has been listed as free since yesterday, but the excuse is that lots of people are using it, hehe. Don’t pretend to be smart about it. I’ve stayed at hotels only once or twice a day and the Wi-Fi was still fine. If you can’t provide Wi-Fi, don’t advertise it because you don’t have the capital. The kids said not to stay here again and to find somewhere else. There are plenty of better places with good service. I don’t recommend this place.
