I really liked the atmosphere. I had a balcony room with a mountain view, and the fresh air cleared my mind and even felt good for my eyes. If you've got the time and money, grand whiz hotel is a good choice!

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice fragrance. The hotel was outstanding. The room boy housekeeping staff consistently helped us with directions.

The place is in a good location with a gorgeous view, and the price is affordable. The room was old but reasonably maintained, though it needs refreshing. Breakfast was lousy on our first day, with plenty of choices but below-standard taste. On the second day, the buffet had run out by 8:30, leaving only a little rice and noodle, and even the dishes were out of service. At 9:15 the buffet still wasn't ready. Poor service.

My family had an excellent experience here, and it was the best value for money. The facilities included a swimming pool, cafe, and two playground areas, plus activities like biking, archery, and a bubble pool. It's the best hotel I've ever visited.

A nice place to stay. When we needed help fixing the hot shower, they responded quickly.
