I spent a few days looking around Trawas and Tretes for somewhere good with views of both mountains, and after a lot of searching I picked Nasta Inn. The new second-floor rooms are the ones to choose if the view matters to you. Mount Penanggungan is in front, and from the back terrace you can see Mount Arjuna. Early in the morning, before the mist rolls in, you get a perfect look at both. The room was new, very clean and comfortable, with everything still in perfect condition. There are plenty of smaller and larger chalet options for bigger families. The pool is cool and a nice place to hang out when the sun is up, and the gardens are lovely and well kept. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and professional, and the owner couple were really nice too. I stayed four nights, and for this price range it was the best choice in the area. I'd skip the cheapest rooms by the noisy road, but the others are really good. I was very happy here and can recommend Nasta Inn wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Trawas.

We had an event at Nasta Inn last June 13-14 with 22 families. Alhamdulillah, the staff responded quickly to what visitors needed and were agile throughout the event. They put comfort first, and everyone was humble. The food was quite good. The location is handy on the main road, with a lovely yard and good views between two mountains. It isn't too spacious, which made it feel homey. Keep thriving, Nasta Inn.

The view is beautiful and the place is comfortable. It's in a handy spot close to attractions, cafes, food stalls and Indomaret. One small request: add a barrier at the motorcycle entrance and exit so cars don't block it. The other day I couldn't leave in the morning because parked cars were blocking the motorcycle exit. It's fine overall, and I'd recommend it.

I booked just H-2 hours before check-in, a real go show, and mas mario helped me from check-in right through check-out. We brought 12 family members and got a very clean Multiroom with five beds and two clean toilets. The service was 1000/10. There are wood chips that keep falling onto the floor, so we had to sweep often, but otherwise it was really great. Indomaret is a little to the left, Ghanjaran Tourism Park is right in front, and a big market is a little to the right. In the morning, lots of people sell typical East Javanese rice breakfasts. Dlundung waterfall tour is three minutes away, and a little uphill is the child-friendly Alas Venus Trawas.
