This boarding house was clean, and I do recommend it if you're looking for a cheap stay. I first stayed there at the beginning of Ramadan in March 2025. For Rp 100,000, I got 24 hours, with the bathroom separate from the room and no AC. The caretaker and owner lent me a fan, which was enough for the cool air in Pandaan. The Rp 150,000 option has AC and an attached bathroom with a toilet, though that price still only gets you a room. Some rooms have bathrooms without toilets. There are also rates around 50,000 per night. It's more like a boarding house than a hotel, though renting by the day makes it a bit like one. At the highest price, I'd rather stay at a RedDoorz hotel and get everything.

I booked through the app, showed them my payment and booking proof, and then they said they weren't affiliated and changed the story to say the room was full. There were empty rooms, so that excuse was hard to believe. We're not just bringing friends, we're bringing our families. If you don't have enough money, just say so instead of treating guests like they don't matter. You don't know who you're dealing with.

The guard is really friendly. If you're traveling and get here late, I'd suggest stopping to rest here.
