The rooms are decent, but the staff were the worst I've come across in Indonesia. When you arrive, they close the booking and only offer the more expensive room, seemingly to get more money from you.

We stayed with family during the holiday weekend and paid Rp.289k before tax, which felt like a good price. The food and drinks were affordable, the rooms were large, and the AC cooled them quickly. Our balcony was huge, with two sofas and a coffee table. The hotel is near town, about 40 minutes from JLS cliff view, Prigi, Pasir Putih, and Mutiara beach. For the facilities and price, it was worth it, though a few things need upgrading. We booked junior and executive rooms and asked to switch the executive room to a junior one so our rooms could be near each other. They charged 25k for the change. I don't know why, but the fee seemed reasonable. The bathrooms were cleaner than the rooms, and it was nice to have hand towels, which are hard to find at hotels in this price range lately. The rooms were roomy enough that two extra beds might fit. One room's AC leaked, though the other room didn't have that issue. There were random stains on the duvet, towels, pillows, bath mat, floor, and especially the wall. I also saw mold in some spots on the ceiling in one room, but not the other. Each room had only two 350ml water bottles. There were plenty of bath amenities, but despite the sign on the back of the door saying there was a hairdryer, there wasn't one in the room. The junior room also had no mini fridge, safe deposit box, hair dryer, or wardrobe.

There's a roomy parking lot for hotel guests and people visiting the waterpark right beside the hotel. The balcony view, though, is just banana trees. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. They provided toiletries for two, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap, shampoo, two bath towels, and a bath mat. At check-in, you also get a welcome meal and drink for two. You can choose fried rice or fried noodles, plus hot or iced lemon tea or regular tea. I'd gladly stay here again if I get the chance to visit Trenggalek.

A great value for a family staycation. The room was comfortable, with a big pool just outside the back door. Dinner and breakfast were included, along with two free tickets to the Waterboom arena.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the food was okay. We were traveling internationally and needed compatible electrical sockets, but the staff helped by providing adapters. Their conference room is located farther away, which seemed unusual.
